🌿 From the land, with care
Buckwheat — Grown right here in New Zealand, whole and naturally gluten-free, it gives the Mighty Fig its satisfying crunch. Harvested seasonally.
Hazelnuts — Grace grows them at her orchard in Appleby, Nelson. Harvested by hand, season by season.
Honey — Native bush honey from the top of the South Island, light taste reflecting the local flora around Nelson.
