We ship directly from Christchurch, New Zealand πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic Delivery (New Zealand)

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days via NZ Post.

  • Rural delivery: please allow an extra 1–2 days.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

  • We currently ship to selected countries.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Delivery times vary by region (typically 7–14 business days).

  • Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please contact us at hello@wellnest.co.nz before sending your return.

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
